Radiant School of Ministry LAUNCH is a program designed for working adults across the United States. The program is designed to give you the training and practical ministry experience that you need to pursue God’s call to vocational ministry. LAUNCH is a two-year program made up of three primary components that will uniquely train you to serve in a local church body. This program is designed to be in partnership with your local church and under the leadership of our pastor.
THE LAUNCH PROGRAM IS A UNIQUE BLEND OF 3 PRIMARY COMPONENTS
Ministry Experience
We will empower you and your local pastor to forge a mentoring relationship that will support your growth personally and educationally. You will also serve under this pastor completing between 6-8 hours of practical ministry per week in your local church.
Distance Classes
You will learn through distance classes created especially for this program by front-line pastors and leaders. Using a mix of live online interaction with teachers, online discussion, and quality video content – you will receive the real-world training you need to be effective in ministry.
Equipping Retreats
You and your cohorts will gather in Kalamazoo, MI, 3 times each year for retreats that will include in-person training from world-class leaders and ministers as well as application sessions to put into practice these powerful skills. Each life-changing retreat will build upon the last to prepare you for ministry.
Cost
The cost for the LAUNCH program is $3,200 per year.
This includes the distance learning classes, equipping retreats, and your hands-on ministry experience as well as mentoring by your local pastor. As the student, you will be responsible for purchasing your books and the traveling expenses incurred to attend the equipping retreats.
For 3 or more students from the same church, we offer a discount that will be applied directly to your tuition.
